Incredibly lucky game right there 😀
12:53 ‘sacrifi WHAT?’ haha I meant ‘expendable’;)
4 player chess Rules
Pieces move and capture like always (though there is no en passant at this time)
Points are usually earned by capturing live (colored) pieces:
Pawns: +1
Knights: +3
Bishops and Rooks: +5
Queens: +9
Kings are +20
Checkmate eliminates a player and earns +20 points
Your pawns promote to Queens on your 8th rank (at the center of the board)
Promoted Queens are worth only 1 point
Dead (grey) pieces in the armies of eliminated players do not provide points
Delivering a double-check is worth +5, and triple-checks are worth +15
When a player resigns or times out, leaving two or more active players on the board, their King remains live and is still worth +20 to whoever can capture it; but if there are only two players remaining, the remaining player will be given +20 points
The player with the most points at the end, wins!
Stalemate will result in +20 for whoever caused it (including the stalemated player)
The current time control is 1 minute with a 15 second delay. That means each player has 15 seconds to complete their move and after 15 seconds their total game time will start ticking down. Players are eliminated when their time runs out!
That's a Lengendary ending, 🙂
Maybe i miss something, but how is this even stalemate if its your oponent to move next ? I mean if it´s the rule than your oponent could have looked out for it so no problem, but i don´t see the reason. Thanks for improving my chess!
with commentary is so much better! continue this way!!!
Fantastic ending..!! That's incredible! 🙂
Solved the dilemma between commentating and winning by commenting completed games – nice!
Appreciate the video again. I didn't mind the two mouse(s) (Is it Mice if we're talking about a computer? lol). The blue bar below wasn't bad either it was kind of nice knowing how far into the video I was. Good game
That two mouse(s) are cute lol
you should keep commentating!
Wow, I'm impressed!
I think it would be more clear if you used a different cursor for the "real one", the one you move while you comment, for example a darker, slightly bigger one, if it's not too much to ask.
Again, well played and well explained. Thanks
firstly I would agree with the rule that the stalemated player gets the points (or split the points) but this is not stalemate as it reds move
HAHAHAHA green noob wanting to team cuz he cant win by himself LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
nicee!
At 9:24 for a second it looked like yellow was going to take all of green's pieces out of spite. Then I couldn't help imagining how funny it would be if everyone did that to green before they went back to playing against each other. Like the chess equivalent of teabagging.
That was the luckiest end I've ever seen.
