14:00 he can't take the king and just resign (he could have done it earlier though). Lets say he plays bishop gamma 5, you play Rf7, he takes king, you take bishop, he resigns. In that case, you would have 2 points more than him. Remember that you still have a move before he is able to resign after taking the king.
